  • Primary point-of-contact for specific clients regarding the requests from the properties.  
  • Gather, analyze, and shape client requirements for new technologies.
  • Plan, organize, lead, and deliver the various projects and requests from clients on time and on budget.

Sales Engineering

  • Managing & leading teams composed of Solution Architects, Solution Integrators, System Testers, Designers, and Project/Product Managers.
  • Working closely with the Sales team, Customer Unit, Product Development Unit, and the customers during presale and deliver phase.

Network Support

  • Developing and documenting new processes to support the client business, which includes Client Technologies Support processes and standardization and guidelines. 
  • Support Client Nertworks, including infrastructure, systems, applications, and solutions.
  • Network planning and dimensioning
  • Audit and Security compliance
  • Deployments and upgrades

Account Management

  • Leading and overseeing assigned accounts
  • Responsible for achieving the annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets identified by the General manager of the accounts.
  • Workijng on growing named customers through the adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive value and return on the customer’s investment.
